I usually don't write reviews, but I felt like I needed to for Jon. It's hard to find a good realtor these days, but as soon as we contacted Jon to buy a new home we felt at ease. From the very start, he has been nothing but genuine, kind, and curious about our journey in finding the perfect home for us. He was very personable and professional. This made it easier for us to be open with what we liked and didn't like in his suggestions. He really treated us like family which made working with him that much smoother. Once we found our dream home Jon got us the keys within two weeks. No stress, no worries, just a good time and a new home. If you're looking for a realtor, look no further. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent, it was my first time selling a house & Jonathan helped me through every aspect, answering all my questions, go above and beyond to walk me through what each piece meant and the importance of it. I had to move out of the area before closing and being remote didn't impact our interactions at all. He was always on top of everything which gave me trust that I could move out of the area. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Jonathan is extremely diligent and thoughtful, but most of all - honest. For the last six months, Jonathan supported our weekend home search efforts and was consistently transparent with us about the pros and cons of each home we looked at. There was never a moment that we felt that he didn't have our best interests in mind with the properties we were interested in. For example, one property that we both highly liked was represented by an agent with a questionable background. When Jonathan probed him about specific questions on the property, the agent couldn't respond or we found that the responses weren't accurate. Despite our liking of the home, Jonathan encouraged us to rethink as he didn't feel that he could support us buying a home when the agent wouldn't be honest with us. We appreciated Jonathan's honest opinion and that he was looking out for our interest rather than a "quick sale" as was our experience with other realtors. Would want Jonathan's help with the purchase of our next home without question!

5/5 stars. The daunting process of buying your first home is already scary enough, but thanks to Jon, our first home purchase was a breeze! Sounds crazy to use "breeze" in the same sentence as a home purchase, but it's true. Especially during peak Covid times, He never once made us feel pressured to put offers in for places we didn't like (+1 star), he took in our considerations for the wants/needs for our home without judgment and MADE IT HAPPEN! (+2 stars) He hit it on the nail with finding our home within less than 3 months in the search, making us feel like we mattered and was not just another number in his books. (+1 star) In addition, his communication through his extremely busy schedule was on par, anytime we had a question, he was ALWAYS there to answer it within a timely matter. (+addl' 5 stars) Never felt like we had to play the waiting game with him. Jon also has a wealth of knowledge of advice and the great network he connected us with for additional work needed on our home. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND if you're looking to buy a home. Don't waste your time on others, JON IS THE MAN! Safe to say, We are as happy as we can be in these unprecedented times over here in our new place. We can't thank you enough, Jon!

Without Jon, we wouldn't have received the house keys as smoothly. I would've given him a six-star if Yelp gave me the option. With Jon's team, everything went very quickly. Jon is an exceptional realtor with years of experience in the industry. At the beginning of the process, we were not provided the inspection report from the seller's agent. When Jon learned it, he immediately referred us to a home inspection company, and the inspection was done on the next day. We were very pleased when receiving the inspection report. Jon is extremely efficient and reliable, and always able to provide satisfying answers when we are in doubt. In addition, he is very detail-oriented. Before we had realized needing a garage-door repair service, he referred us to a well-reputed garage door company. If you are a first time home-buyer and need step-by-step instructions, I highly recommend Jon and his team!

This is a long over due review. Being an impulsive buyer I am, I decided to purchase my first home without a thorough research, and a comprehensive understanding of the buying process, especially when the market was still unfavorable for buyers. However, instead of pushing me to purchase a property with the highest price possible (for the obvious reason), Jon went above and beyond and became more than just my realtor, but a trusted friend. Jon had spent a great amount of time to teach me everything I needed in order to make the most rational and informed decision when it came to purchasing my first home. Not only accommodating my unpredictable schedule and long distance, but Jon also was available to answer any of my concerns in detail, as soon as possible. One thing I know for sure, without Jon’s exceptional service, I would not have been able to purchase my property.
